S.E.A.T.
(Supported Exercise for Ageless Training)
S.E.A.T. is a chair-based fitness program that strengthens the body and mind while improving balance and flexibility through functional fitness to get the most out of life.
This 45-minute class is a full-body, low-impact program that is inclusive and accessible to all individuals, regardless of ability. Participants will enjoy great music while developing muscular endurance, joint stability, flexibility, and balance, increasing synovial fluid to joints and allowing them to move in all planes of movement.
